Innova Star Toro (Skullblade Stamp)

The Toro is a flat, overstable,  beadless midrange capable of handling pro level torque. Calvin Heimburg had considerable input in designing the feel of this disc.

How this batch of Star Toro feels: Flat to very flat. Surefire Star grip. Sidearmers take notice.

Take a good look. Can you see the skulls? Don’t worry, this stamp is not one of those Magic Eye illustrations. Trace the stamp’s second color along the inner blade and you’ll make out the rear of the cranium, followed by the eye and nose sockets.

Artist Marm O. designed the stamp so the skulls aren’t obvious. “I wanted the foiled shape to be the first thing people see. The skulls are stylized and hidden in the negative space so that you see them second,” he said about his design that marries geometry and illustration.

Developed with the input of power player Calvin Heimburg, the Toro was built to handle anything you put on it for short to medium-length backhand or forehand shots. Great for brute force medium-length forehand and backhand drives and approaches.
