Each disc is listed by model, quality rating and ink level. The weight of the disc will be in the picture.

The Quality Rating/Sleepy Scale

10 - Never thrown, no ink, no marks, brand new mint condition - ultra rare!
9 - Gently field tested or light storage wear, no ink
8 - Field tested or lightly used with very minimal wear, can have Small Ink
7 - Above average used,  can have some missing foil, some minor dings or scuffs but still in grest shape, can have Light Ink
6 - Typical used disc with the usual dings, scratches but still in good shape, can have missing foil, can have Light Ink
5 - Typical used disc with the usual dings, scratches but still in solid shape, can have missing foil, can have Medium Ink
4 - Typical used disc with the usual dings, scratches but still has some flight time left, can have missing foil, can have Medium or Heavy Ink
3 - Heavily used disc or significant damage throughout the disc, can have Heavy Ink or be a cheap (Made in China) starter pack discs with no significant retail value
2 - Heavily used disc or significant damage throughout the disc, dog teeth marks, can have Heavy Ink or be a cheap (Made in China) starter pack discs with no significant retail value
1 - Oof

Ink Level
No Ink - Just what it means; no ink on the disc but does not include older production runs that had model or weight "penned"

Small Ink - Initials, name or phone number written very small (-1 or more to  overall Quality Rating)

Light Ink - Initials, name or phone number written in normal scale or small image (-2 or more to overall Quality Rating)

Medium Ink - Initials, name or phone number written in large scale or small to medium size images (-3 or more to overall Quality Rating)

Heavy Ink - Disc tattoo or artwork, large covered sharpie areas or R or X-rated phrases, words or art, generally very unattractive (-4 or more to overall Quality Rating)
