Presented By Orlando Disc Golf Club ~A PDGA B-Tier Event & Part Of The 2009 Fabulous Florida Tour~ ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY AT 5:00 PM SHARP!! Dates: October 24th & 25th, 2009 Where: Turkey Lake Park, Orlando FL What: 4 Rounds of 18 Holes Details: Event Schedule & Fees: Friday, October 23rd - Player Check-In & $10 Doubles Registration @ 2:30 PM, Random Draw Doubles Tee Time @ 3:30 PM Saturday October 24th - Player Check-In @ 8:00 AM, Players Meeting @ 8:45 AM, 1st Round Tee Time @ 9:30 AM Open Men & Women - $80 All Other Pro Divisions - $65 All Advanced Divisions- $55 Intermediate - $45 Recreational/Jr. - $25 * All online registrations are subject to a $3.00 credit card processing fee. ~The 2009 Orlando Open will use both T1 & T2 courses located at Turkey Lake Park. Players packages will be included for all Amateurs and lunch will be provided Saturday for all players. Other auxilary events during the weekend include Ring of Fire and a 50/50 Fundraiser. ~Tournament payout will be in voucher form for all Amateur Divisions, reedemable through Sun King Disc Sports only. Players that need to leave before awards ceremony must fill out an Early Departure Form and their online prize voucher can either be mailed or e-mailed after the event weekend. Any players opting to leave early and use the Early Departure Form will be subject to shipping fees. *Charitable Donations: The Orlando Disc Golf Club is accepting donations and raising funds for two charitable entities. The first is the Bill Frederick Park "Raise the Barn" project which is attempting to rebuild the childrens barn located inside the park, which burned down. Secondly, the club is raising money for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida which distributes donated food to more than 450 non-profit partner agencies in (6) central Florida counties. If you would like to donate more than $40, please contact James Lebaube or Mark Janssen directly. Camping Info: Cabins - Sleeps (10) - Available by reservation to Florida disc golf clubs through the Orlando Disc Golf Club. Fee is $150 for Friday & Saturday nights and all proceeds benefit the Bill Frederick Park "Raise the Barn" fund.
